Request that a business delete any personal information about the consumer which the business has collected from the consumer according to CCPA, CPRA, VCDPA, GDPR and other Right to Delete State and Federal Laws

  • Please be aware that you are requesting to delete information. If you call in the future, we will only see your order number which shows the date the order was placed, but we will not be able to assist with anything since there is no information to identify the order.

    By deleting your information, you agree that we will no longer be able to assist you. If anyone calls with the order number, we will advise the caller that this order's information was removed from our database and we cannot assist you with any matters because we cannot identify who this order belonged to. Information that will be stored is within the payment processors which can only be accessed by accounting. It shows when the order was placed and/or refunded, but we will not be able to provide any information since the identifying information will be removed.
